New Manager at The Roof Restaurant!

We’d like to welcome Grietus Streuper as our new General Manager!

Grietus comes to The Roof Restaurant with an amazingly diverse background in the food industry.  He first started his career when a Holland Hotel hired him to help prepare various foods and pastry items. Holland is Grietus’ native country and also where he received most of his training, including Culinary School.

After a great education, Grietus traveled to the United States in the 1980’s.  Since that time he has managed a variety of restaurants including a Ponderosa Restaurant, Flying J Restaurants and a Honey Baked Ham Store.

Several times Grietus has considered other careers and opportunities, however he has always had a strong desire to revisit the Hospitality Industry. When you meet him, you’ll understand why. He has a warm smile, charismatic personality and always makes the guest feel welcome and appreciated. Experience great hospitality with Grietus Streuper at The Roof Restaurant! We’ll see you soon!
