Named after William Jennings, a local merchant and entrepreneur who bought the house in 1867. Jennings was Utah's first millionaire and served as Salt Lake City Mayor from 1882 to 1884.
The Jennings Conference Room is as large as the downstairs ballroom, with enough room to hold several tables for dining, or rows of chairs for a meeting or conference.
