Blackened Ceasar Salad
Blackened Caesar salad, romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing topped with savory croutons, tomatoes, asiago cheese, hard cooked egg and a blackened chicken breast.
Oriental Chicken Salad
Mandarin oranges, cappelinni pasta, sesame seeds, sliced grilled chicken breast, carrots, red and green bell pepper, red cabbage, snap peas and jicama served with sesame dressing.
Southwest Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed in creamy tomatillo dressing topped with tomatoes, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, avocado, tri colored tortilla strips, grilled chicken breast.
Nuts and Berries
Nuts, berries, and Romaine lettuce tossed in honey poppy seed dressing topped with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and toasted almond slivers.
